Multimodal transportation
Comprehensive service of cargo delivery from Asian countries to Russia using two or more modes of transportation. We deliver by sea, road or rail. Our own fleet of containers allows us to ensure prompt delivery of different types of cargoes reliably, safely and in optimal time.
Direct transportation
Delivery of containers from point A to point B by one mode of transportation. Most of the direct shipments are made by rail from Asian countries to Russian regions - not only to Moscow and St. Petersburg - but directly to cities and towns on the order of customers. The main advantage of direct transportation by rail is that the required train, for example, from China, leaves exactly on schedule, which does not depend on the general schedule of rail traffic.
Air transportation
We involve all options possible in the current circumstances to deliver cargo by air from Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chingdu - to Moscow and Vladivostok.
Rail transportation
Cargo transportation by rail from Asian countries to Russia and within Russia with full forwarding at all railway terminals. Constant availability of containers for expedited delivery to meet the customer's factory objectives. The rail train leaves exactly on the previously planned agreed schedule with no delays at the border. Such scheduled trains are prioritized so as not to disrupt logistics in Russia
Collected goods
Trucking services when a company needs to pick up its goods at different (15-20) factories and ship them in one container or load goods for different recipients from the same city in one container. For this purpose, we have consolidation warehouses in all major cities in China: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xingang, Beijing, Qingdao, Xi'an, Fashan, Yiwu, Ching Du, Chumqin. SPIKO GROUP specialists collect shipments, form documents, control deliveries and settlements, as well as assess the marketability of transported products, ensuring their safety before loading into containers. And then they send the shipment on the chosen route and control the delivery to the place.
Project logistics
Formation of whole railroad trains and sea vessels from China to Moscow. More than 50 containers can be delivered at a time from the manufacturing factories to the customer's warehouses. This gives the most optimal delivery times for large quantities of goods. Project logistics includes accurate scheduling of departure and arrival of railroad trains and ship calls at the port.
Sea transportation
Cargo delivery by sea is carried out from the ports of Vladivostok and Khabarovsk. SPIKO GROUP specialists book space on vessels for the client's containers or charter the entire vessels. Our logisticians also take care of freight forwarding and paperwork.
Additional
Cargo certification
When goods come from abroad, in order to sell them in the Russian Federation, official certification, authorization, quality control, declaration of conformity based on laboratory testing and sampling are required. SPIKO GROUP specialists work directly with certification bodies in Russia, as well as with laboratories for certification testing. We help clients to promptly organize certification for obtaining all necessary permits both in a comprehensive manner and individually
Foreign Economic Activity Outsourcing
Complete management of the client's foreign economic activities. Realize when a customer needs a product from a specific factory in China or other Asian countries. SPIKO specialists contact the factory, purchase the goods in the required volume, execute and deliver the batch of goods to the customer's warehouse.
Forwarding at the port
We provide cargo preparation, issue accompanying documents, control labeling and provide transport escort of cargo at the port or rail terminals.
Cargo insurance
We provide cargo insurance services through international insurance companies. This is especially relevant when many companies have left the Russian market, it allows avoiding damage when ships get caught in storms, flooded and in other cases of loss of cargo or its long delay at the border
