Customs clearance of cargo and goods is a mandatory procedure involving the submission of a package of documents to the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation. Based on the documentation completed and submitted to the customs authority, the FCS issues a decision on the possibility of import/export or transit of goods across the border of the Russian Federation or refuses applicants.
